WAR OF AGES To Film New Video
January 7, 2009Erie, Pennsylvania-based Christian metalcore band WAR OF AGES will film a video for the song "All Consuming Fire" on Saturday, February 7 at Forward Hall in the group's hometown. The band will shoot a "live" clip and wants to make it a family affair. "We want this video to show our appreciation to all of you," the group says in a statement. "If it wasn't for your dedication we would not be where we are today, so thank you very much!"
Admission to the shoot is free and everyone is invited. All the band asks is that you come prepared to sing along.

"Through the Flames", the latest video from WAR OF AGES, can be viewed below. The song comes off the group's most recent album, "Arise and Conquer", which sold around 2,600 copies in the United States in its first week of release back in July 2008. The CD was produced by Tim Lambesis of AS I LAY DYING.
WAR OF AGES released its self-titled debut album, "War of Ages", in July 2005 on Strike First Records before moving to the Facedown label in February 2006. The group's second full-length CD, "Pride of the Wicked", came out in September 2006 and was followed by a re-recording of the band's eponymous debut, "Fire from the Tomb", which featured a brand new song called "The Awakening".
